• Can I sign up if I don’t have a date yet?

  Yes.  Actually, most of the students who attend our online and hands-on workshop have not been assigned a testing date yet.  Usually there is a $75 workshop rescheduling fee for the hands-on workshop but for this special Black Friday deal we are doing a one-time waiver of that fee.  So you can sign up for which ever workshop you think is closest to when you want to come and if you need to switch your date you can just email us and we will waive the transfer fee.

• Can i sign up for the Black Friday deals after the sale ends?

  No.  Unfortunately these amazing bundles and discounts will only be available until 12/2/2019 at 11:59 pm.  We will not be able to extend the offer past then.  No exceptions, sorry.  We have never, ever offered such a large discount and amazing bonuses before (and we’ve been doing this for over 16 years!) so if you’re studying for the CPNE we highly recommend you sign up before the ticker ends. 

• With the Online Bundle, when will my membership start?

  Your three month online membership will begin the day you sign up so you will have instant 24/7 access to everything in the members area.  You will have instant access to the Care Plan Bolt On to start submitting your care plans within your 30 days free membership.  Your Gold Level care plan assignments start 5 days after your membership starts and you will have instant access to your CPNE Study Pack bonus materials from your members area. 

• Do you have a cancellation period for the online workshop?

  No, we don’t.  The online workshop gives you instant access to everything the members area has to offer, including your bonuses, so once you start your online membership, there is no refund available.  Though once you get in there and see how many resources you have available to help you pass the CPNE we’re sure you’ll want to stay! 

• Do I have to cancel my online membership after the third month?

  NO! Your membership will automatically cancelled at the end of the three months.  If you are already a member, three months will be added to your subscription and the automatic renewal will be cancelled.  It’s that easy.  No phone calls.  No emails.  No waiting.  Instant cancellation.   If you wish to continue your membership after the three months, you will need to sign back up for another month.

• Do you have a cancelation period or refund policy?

  For our Black Friday deals there are no refunds.  However, for the Hands-On Workshop Bundle we are doing a one-time waiver of the $75 rescheduling fee if you sign up for a workshop date and want to change it when you have a testing date.  We can not do a refund on study material, for example the online workshop and CPNE Study Pack, that are instant access.  This is a firm, no exceptions policy.

• When will I get my bonuses?

  All your downloadable study materials will be instant access from your online workshop members area.    If you sign up for the Hands-On Workshop Bundle your hard copy of our ATL Clinical Workshop CPNE Study Guide will be distributed on the first day of your workshop. 

• Where is the workshop located?

  Since 2004 our workshop has been conveniently located on the north side of Atlanta in the George Town Lofts building. Our physical address is 4470 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd, STE 340, Atlanta, GA 30338. We are very easily accessible via public transport from the Heartsfiled-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and we have arranged transport from the train station to our recommended hotel if you plan on doing the trip without

• How long is the workshop and what is the cost?

  The workshop is 3 days and runs once every month on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The official hours are from 9am to 5pm but we will be more than happy to stay late on any of the days to help you get extra hands-on practice or one-on-one attention. The workshop cost is usually $697 but during this one time only black Friday sale you will pay only $497, including all of the extra bonuses.

• When should I take a workshop?

  We always recommend to take your workshop around 3 months before your test date. That gives you ample time to study and break any bad habits you may have formed by studying at home and reinforce proper techniques you learned at the workshop. We do, however, have many students that attend before they have a testing date so it’s not necessary to wait until you are assigned a test date to attend your workshop. It’s really personal preference.

• I'm already an online member. Can I take advantage of the online bundle?

  Yes, you can.  If you are already an online member you can sign up for the sale and and three additional prepaid months will be added to your current membership.  Your membership will also be automatically cancelled so you won’t have to cancel and then sign up.
